Are the fabrics eco-friendly?

Yes. I pride myself in knowing that all of the fabrics used to create my bikinis are eco-friendly, vegan PETA approved and the excess gets taken to local dog shelters in Brazil where they turn it into dog beds.

How does the shipping work?

As I have started this small business from my own home I will be shipping the items myself. This allows me to check the products are not faulty etc before sending out to the customers, it also means I get to do all the packaging myself to ensure the quality of my work and packaging is of the highest standards.

What is the sizing like?

I will attach a size guide to the bottom of this FAQ page to allow you all to decide on the sizes yourself. For reference, I am a size small in my bikinis, I have a size 32B cup and generally am a size 6/8 in normal clothes shops. I am aware that my sizes are not yet suitable for all ranges but as a small business I needed to start somewhere and hope to expand to fit every body as soon as possible.

Do you offer a returns policy?

I do offer a returns policy. If you are not entirely happy with your product when it arrives, you have 7 days to return the product in the condition that you received it including the hygiene strip still in place. I will issue you with a refund of the price of the bikini set, excluding any shipping fees upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. You must email me on business.elliemay@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item if you wish to return and be refunded to obtain a return address.
